SHMTTC is a women led organisation under leadership of Mrs. khurshida Mallick (Secretary), Dr. Mahtabi Malik (President) , Dr. Vibha Singh (Principal) and Mrs. Shyamli Bakshi ( Admission office Superintendent). SHMTTC is running under the guidance of Mr. Rizwan Ahmad an IITian and officer from Defence. We proudly believe that our focus has to be on imparting quality education. In order to achieve the said goal we have offered several soft skill courses like spoken English, computer training, CTET & TET preparation classes apart from regular academic course for our students. We organize Sports week & Academic Fest annually which allow participants from all other colleges across Dhanbad to compete. In spite of being a young institution we have created a strong imprint with almost 99% passing results year after year.
